LINKDISK / BLOG
What is a Space, and who can see its files?
A Space groups files and makes access visible for each place.
A Space is a separate place inside LinkDisk. It holds files and folders for one purpose, such as a personal project or a team. That keeps you from sharing one large collection with everybody.
Access is granted explicitly. For teammates you choose read or edit per person; without access, a Space should not appear in their list or search results. An invitation to one Space does not automatically open other Spaces.
Shared Space rights are still being qualified for public availability. Check who has access in the Space before adding confidential files.
